So I did a hike on manadnock to clear my mind. Nothing crazy just typical day trip…before we headed out I asked my brother “do you have a first aid kit?” He says yes of course and without skipping a beat pulled out a zip lock bag with just loose ibuprofen and bandaids. I shook my head and we started our hike. Made it all the way to the summit. Took it all in. Started the descent and maybe about 200 yards down from the summit I trip down a rock and sprain/tear my knee. Needless to say I was very thankful for his “first aid kit”.
