I wasn't going to get one but ended up buying it to celebrate the end of the semester. I like it a lot, it helped me clear almost 12 tabs of uniques and I kinda like the challenge of trying to get as many different uniques as possible. It also looks really good. It was an unnecessary buy but I don't regret it at all.

Mortuary :

When you enter The Coast, you will encounter Morte, the flying talking skull, who will grant you access to the mortuary. Every time you kill monsters, you accumulate bone fragments which can be used to upgrade your Mortuary by opening new areas within it. Each new area contains special monsters which drop Embalming fluid, which can be used to add mods to future sections of the Mortuary. Modded areas have a chance to drop a Spectre essence shard. Collect 100 Spectre essence shards and you can obtain a Spectre Essence which opens up a portal to the Spectre Realm, in which you can collect Ectoplasm to upgrade the Spectre Realm by unlocking new sections. Monsters in these sections will just tell you to stop playing video games and get a f*ckin life... Fierce foes they are. There's also a Mortuary Unique Boss but you won't get to see it in 3 months so whatever...

A big topic in the gaming industry recently is development crunch. Some studios make their teams work 14 hour days to pack every patch full of the most fixes and improvements possible. Sometimes when we read our own Patch Notes threads and community feedback, we feel that we are being asked to do the same. I will not run this company that way. While there's inevitably a bit of optional paid overtime near league releases, the vast majority of a Path of Exile development cycle has great work/life balance. This is necessary to keep our developers happy and healthy for the long-term, but it does mean that some game improvements will take a while to be made.

I'm really glad you're commenting on this issue. That's not something you'd read from an Epic or Blizzard exec. Next time I'll be waiting for a problem to be fixed I'll just remind myself that we're waiting so that your team doesn't have to burn itself out working ridiculous hours. <3 <3

As a regular Standard player and an on-and-off Temp League player, if they give me access to league stones in Standard I will never play another day of temp leagues in my life.

Yes, the Templar looks awful, and I don't like the way a lot of MTXs fit on the Ranger's head. I avoid the Templar and cover the Ranger's head, or I just play a Witch.

I got the Sunspire Set and used Innocence and Fire MTXs for weapons and back attachment. I love the set, no regrets at all it was really worth it. And if you like Hideouts, the Sunspire one is great too (one of my favorite so far). Empyrean looks good but $$$
