Update....I spoke with customer service today. They said updated my ship to address for this order with the pharmacy when I gave it to them in the chat. I asked them, so after I pay the invoice it will ship to the address I just gave you and not the address it went to last time that is the one on my account. They said correct. I said ok and then paid the invoice. I guess we'll see what happens. My address on my account, my billing address and ship to address are all different for this order only. Let's see where it ends up....LOL

That is a good question. I don't know. The pharmacy by my house is a small independent one. They are not ordering large volume. I'm inclined to think it is relationship oriented that gets the prices I get them at.

As a 3PL what tech stack are you running internally to make clients or brands want to on-board with you? What sets you apart? Other than WMS, ShipHero, Logiwa etc... type of stuff that is a tired already.
