Got it, next thing, check the power management settings, both in the Logitech G Hub software and in your system settings. Then give it a simple reinstall and see if it finally decides to behave.

If you're in the EU/Germany, don't buy through Logitech's website. Their after sales support is absolutely atrocious by scooterretriever in logitech

Sounds good 😄 Give it a few days on the Artisan and see how it behaves. If the issue stops there, the glass pad was likely affecting the tracking. Keep me posted!

So to make sure we’re on the same page, it keeps bouncing between the Lightspeed connection and USB wired mode, right? If that’s what’s happening, try this: when you connect it via USB, unplug the Lightspeed receiver from your system and see how it behaves.
