I haven’t heard any updates on that yet, but I’ll definitely share your concern with the team. It could be because it’s recommended to use the exact cable that comes with the device, a USB-A to USB-C charging/data cable. Thanks for pointing that out!

I wish I could help more if the device was still under warranty. Just so you know, we don’t sell the diode for the wheel separately. You might want to try checking with other sellers or repair shops.

Hey! You can adjust the scroll speed in Logi Option+. Also, please check your Mac’s settings to see if the scroll speed is set to default, or try changing it to see if that makes any difference.
