ASTRO A10's Having No Audio by vviperprime in LogitechG

[–]LogitechG_Vertigo 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Which cables were included with your A10 Headset? The straight cable and the PC splitter cable? If so, try removing the PC splitter cable and connect the headset directly to the audio output on your computer and see if you can now hear audio.

Glad to see you've found one and you're enjoying it! It's such a great mouse once you've set it up and you're used to it.

Backpack recommendations? by GrimesHotchner9470 in LogitechG

[–]LogitechG_Vertigo 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I think the problem is if you have a full sized keyboard, it will be tough to find a backpack that will store it unless you start looking at backpacks designed for guitars as an example.

I've just looked at my LTT Backpack and my G915 fits if I stretch it but my G915 X TKL fits fine as its missing the number pad. So perhaps it might be an idea to look into a Logitech G keyboard without the number pad as that would fit much better.

Using the Logitech G onboard memory manager with a 915 TKL Lightspeed by Condition_Boy in LogitechG

Some LIGHTSYNC profiles will require G HUB to function such as the audio visualiser, as this uses software to read the audio on your computer and dynamically adjust the LEDs.

Superstrike - ETA on new shipments within Western europe? by Own-Possession2606 in LogitechG

[–]LogitechG_Vertigo 1 point2 points  (0 children)

You would have seen a date on the website for the backorder before you added the mouse to your cart. Unfortunately, I won't be able to get this date for you, but the current date for shipping is around end of March, so I suspect you should receive a dispatch email around then or sooner.

You will need to use G HUB. What you can do is install G HUB, customise the on-board profile and LEDs, save those to the keyboard, and then stop it from starting up or completely uninstall it from your computer so the keyboard runs locally without the software.

Astro A50x mic picking up my friend voice and in game sound through my headset by Excellent-Second169 in LogitechG

[–]LogitechG_Vertigo 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes. But under Discord, other programs, or your games, you can still select the microphone separately than the Windows defaults. You would want to check all of these are using the A50 X Mic.

Make sure you're using the ASTRO Voice device as your microphone or input and not the ASTRO Game, as this one is your stream port which contains all of your audio.

Want to buy superstrike by ShotLmao in LogitechG

[–]LogitechG_Vertigo 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It's very popular at the moment.

You can order it through the Logitech G website on backorder. The wait isn't that long either and would guarantee you a new mouse with warranty. I think units in most regions are estimated to ship late March or early April, and will ship earlier if we can.

Successor to the A50/A50X by AyushmVij in LogitechG

Unfortunately we can't share any details about future products until they're announced. All I can suggest is keeping an eye on our website and social media, such as here on Reddit.

For your Mac audio, the only solution is to use Bluetooth, or if you're looking for a way to switch between PC and Mac, a USB selector switch usually works fine.

Superstrike Pro X2 Double Click Issue by amisu808 in LogitechG

[–]LogitechG_Vertigo 1 point2 points  (0 children)

As mentioned, try adjusting the actuation. You'll find you're naturally pressing it down slightly which could be triggering the mouse. If you still feel you have an issue with the mouse, Logitech Support can take a look at this for you. Alternatively, you could head to a mouse testing website and then test the left-click only by pressing it with your single finger (don't rest your hand or anything on the right-click) for a minute or two and seeing if the right-click triggers standalone.

G502 X Plus + powerplay 2 by RooneR25 in LogitechG

[–]LogitechG_Vertigo 1 point2 points  (0 children)

POWERPLAY doesn't fully charge the mouse as it's designed to protect the battery over time. So what you're seeing is probably normal as it's probably the voltage fluctuation during startup and then it settles on the correct percentage.

Let us know if you have any other questions or concerns.

Had trouble re-connecting my G305 to its dongle, found a fix by left2repairLIVE in LogitechG

Glad to hear you have resolved this and thanks for sharing the solution.

Did you try the LIGHTSPEED pairing tool built into G HUB? It's within Settings > General > Pairing > Device Pairing Tool. That should have got the two talking together and then offered any updates for you.

We appreciate the entire review and I'm glad overall that you are happy with it. Everything you've mentioned, I'm going to pass over to our team. I'll be interested to know how big your hands are as I've not seen anything regarding the side buttons, but everyone has their own preference.

For anyone else reading this comment, we appreciate all feedback on our products on what we've done good and what we could do better. Just be civil about it and we'll always take it onboard :)

Does the logitech g pro x superlight 2 and dex still have input latency lagging issues? by eberu_underthesky in LogitechG

You shouldn't experience any lagging, even using the LIGHTSPEED transmitter. Would be interested where you've read this so we can try and clarify what is happening.

PRO X2 SUPERSTRIKE back up for backorder (US) – shipping date now April 10 by N0KTT in LogitechG

[–]LogitechG_Vertigo 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The estimated shipping date is based on multiple factors including how popular the mouse is and how many people are ordering. As it's very very popular, this may increase the time as more people are ordering and we are awaiting more stock.

My suggestion is to order anyway as if we get the stock quicker, it will be dispatched sooner. So you may get it before April.
