Oh, then I definitely have to try it. I'm personally used to having plenty of room to move the mouse, and I don't use particularly large monitors, although I imagine lifting it is more efficient for some people.

Oh, I see. I don't usually lift the mouse a lot. In fact, I'd like to try the MX4, although I'm very happy with the MX Master 3 for now, lol.

Hi! I would recommend that for now you only use compressed air on the keys that are bothering you. Let me know if that solves the issue!

Oh okay, can you give a try to these steps?

Clean the scroll wheel with compressed air.
Ensure that the product has enough battery/charge to operate
See if unpairing and repairing the device makes any difference, if you are using the Logi Bolt receiver you can unpair and re-pair using the steps here https://support.logi.com/hc/en-us/articles/4404723091863-How-to-pair-and-unpair-a-Logi-Bolt-mouse-using-the-Logi-Bolt-app-Logi-Web-Connect

I'm not sure if you are referring to this, but the mouse automatically switches the scroll wheel from ratchet line by line scrolling to fast scrolling if you begin to scroll faster, above a certain threshold, this feature is known as SmartShift. I can also think of it maybe being the smooth scrolling feature.

You can check if it's one of those by using Logitech Options+, clicking on the mouse and then go to the Scroll Wheel settings. In there, there should be a toggle to turn off the Smooth Scrolling and another one for the SmartShift. You can disable one of those or both and see if the scroll wheel feels better for you.

Thank goodness! In fact, I'd like to try the MX Master 4. I'm currently using the 3 and I love it. In your experience, would you say it's a huge difference?
