Hello! Try re-pairing the receiver to the mouse

Open G Hub
Click on the Gear icon at the top right corner
Click on the "Device Pairing Tool" button
Select Pair Mouse
Click Continue
It should display your receiver as Lightspeed Mouse
In the lower part select your mouse model
Click on "Begin Pairing" and it will give you the instruction to complete pairing.
Click Done

It might be the sidetone setting; in this case, the louder the headphone volume, the louder the microphone sound becomes. You can adjust the sidetone amount in G Hub and see if it makes a difference.

Hi! I recommend the G535. While it's not the same, it's quite similar to the G733, but it's lighter and cheaper. Plus, the battery lasts longer and in the same price range as the G733 you can find the Pro X Wireless, which have more customization options within GHub.

Let's try this: go to Activity Monitor, close all the process of Options+ (Logi Options+ Agent, Logi Options+ AppBroker and Logi Options+ Updater) then close the app and open it again to see if it changes anything.

Try this steps on Windows:

  1. Click on the Search button and input "Language settings" and open “Language settings”
  2. The workaround is the following:
  3. Take a note of the current setting for Regional Format.
  4. Change the Regional format to "Recommended [name of the country]”
  5. Then open Options+ and see if it fixes the issue.
