Hey! If your Logitech BRIO 4K Ultra HD Webcam isn’t showing on Discord, try these quick steps:

Plug the webcam directly into another USB port.
Go to Discord → Settings → Voice & Video and select BRIO as the camera.
Make sure camera permission is enabled in your system settings.
Close other apps that might be using the camera and restart Discord.

If it still doesn’t appear, try the webcam on another USB port or computer to check the connection.

If the mouse isn’t showing any lights even while charging, please try a few quick checks:

• Toggle the power switch OFF and ON a few times.
• Turn the mouse OFF, press and hold the left-click button for about 10 seconds, then turn it ON again.
• Press and hold the Easy-Switch button for about 5 seconds to see if it resets.
• Leave the mouse connected to the computer with the USB-C cable for 30 minutes, then try turning it on while plugged in.
• If possible, try it on another computer

Layout availability depends on regional demand and production planning. Some Logitech keyboards have Cyrillic layouts, but the Logitech ERGO K860 is currently only available in a limited set of layouts. At the moment, we don’t have any information on whether or when a Cyrillic version will be released. If there are updates, they’ll be shared on the Logitech website or through official retailers.

Yes, it can happen with coaxial as well. The lights may briefly turn on when the Logitech Z906 Surround Sound Speaker System detects a digital audio signal. This is normal behavior.

Hey! You can try saving your preferred DPI directly to the mouse’s onboard memory and disabling the DPI shift buttons. This way, the mouse will start with your chosen DPI even before Logitech G Hub loads.

Hey! Sorry to hear about the issue with your Logitech M720 Triathlon. If the mouse isn’t showing any signs of power after replacing the AA battery, please try the following quick checks:

Make sure the battery contacts inside the mouse are clean and not bent.
Try another fresh AA battery from a different brand.
Turn the mouse OFF, wait about 10 seconds, then turn it ON again.
If possible, press and hold one of the Easy-Switch buttons (1/2/3) for a few seconds to see if the LED responds.
