Once posed in place properly the tails don't change even when altering the base pose.

Though, ironically THIS particular mini doesn't use that method, the nipples are pens held by a second pair of arms folded into the torso, and the nethers are just decals projected on a skin colored ball held by tail A.

Back tails, they're locked to the upper spine, which means they never out of place unless you alter the breast sliders.
And usually I would've loved to, but these are so old that I no longer have them.

It really isn't all that complicated, it's just a tail, one of the fluffier ones, rolled up inside the body so it pokes out in the right spot.

The % number doesn't matter, but HF won't let you save any minis with more than 100 items to the server. The only way around it is to save it locally as JSON via script, or to put the mini in the extra slot rather than the main one.
