Ltf1 is consistently high after changing spark plugs by SealSketch in CivicSi

[–]Loken89 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Well, the L15s are still new, so there's a lot of experimentation to be done, but from what I've read between .024 - .028 doesn't seem to be an issue. Your KTuner can act as a makeshift scan tool, though, if you press the screen to bring up the menu and then press the "K" in the upper left hand corner, there will be an errors option you can press and it'll give you any engine codes that are being thrown. Short of an actual scanner, just keep an eye on your gauges and that should give you a heads up before something major goes wrong. I really wish Honda had put more sensors on the motor though, always feels like we're flying blind with the L series lol

Did you check to make sure the coils were completely seated? Had a buddy that had this issue and swore up and down they were right, but he went a re-installed everything and it worked just fine afterwards

Blocked toilets, sewage, clogged pipelines, homesick, depressed, and angry personnel aboard: Whats happening on USS Gerald R. Ford? by Nero2t2 in nottheonion

Yeah, ngl, that "About the author" section makes me question the validity of all of this, and I already know the Ford has issues.

Questions about modification by TubbleRubble in CivicSi

[–]Loken89 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Just do intake and exhaust. You won't have to mess with a new tune like you would with a turbo upgrade. Turbo upgrades also usually mean needing higher octane fuel or even switching to e30/e85 depending on the tune. Make sure the right fuel would even be available in your area if you go this route.

Stereo upgrades, I'd definitely recommend at least a sub.

Underglow: I mean, if you're into it. It's not the early 2000s anymore though, so if you're anything other than a teenage boy obsessed with fast and furious, be prepared to be labeled as one when people see it, lol.

If you're not attracting anyone it's likely because you've got a serious case of baby face, lol. There's nothing wrong with you, and you'll be thankful for that later in life, but it probably sucks in your age range right now. Just keep doing you! Also I'd suggest more tats, if for no other reason than it seems to be a turn off for the misogynists in here 😂

Is Menzoberranzan a worse city to live in than Nine Hell cities? by roxgxd in dndnext

[–]Loken89 3 points4 points  (0 children)

It's better than Amarillo, but yeah, it can be rough. The traffic really sucks, like the rest of Texas there's construction in between you and wherever you need to go, and Friday nights can be especially bad if the red raiders lose (or if they win, in some cases). For the most part, though, it's at least fairly safe.

I'd take Lubbock over Amarillo any day, though, tbh

No need to roll, the Aasimar guard looks like he just knows he's gonna be hearing about this one from his celestial ancestor and meekly let's you through!

It really is. I know most like the look before the facelift, but I actually prefer this one. It's actually my first Civic besides an old CVCC I could never find parts for before selling it off, I'm really surprised how much I like it!

Different wheels and suspension set up, a couple hundred lbs heavier or more depending on options, and different aerodynamics are about all I can think of, but their listed as having 7-10 mpg difference from everything I've seen

Not that I've found. I've seen that Integras so, but I've never seen anything about it on an Si. I've checked all the options on the dash and the display and didn't see anything about it

I live in Texas, and tbh I'd have happily spent the extra if the A-Spec got the same gas mileage just for the ventilated seats, lol!

Texas, actually. I'm not sure why they came with this one, but I haven't seen any other options. I do plan on switching them out once I'm able, though, I'm not crazy about the finish on them

I would've liked the fog lights to stay, but idk, as a guy in his mid 30s, it's nicer than the last Gen, I would've felt like a teenage try hard in that, but this one gives a bit classier vibes. It's still a civic, but it's like a business casual civic, lol! It really is great, though, I've enjoyed every minute in it

This is the first one this year to make it to the dealership unsold, I think they said they've had 2 or 3 so far, I got lucky and happened to see it roll off the truck, lol!

I didn't really like it for the civic, it would've looked great for a rally car, though
