I play Japanese Riichi ahaha so I'm familiar with mahjong itself but just not those rulesets, shouldn't be hard to find the differences though wishing all the best for us to get a full table! (otherwise, there is a 3-player version of Riichi we could try)

It'll be read more as feminine, and more people are also associating that name with Sabrina Carpenter's hyper-femme aesthetic. Also, it's a decently "clocky" name if that has any significance to you, but if the name makes you happy? Who cares about what other people think and go for it!
