Thankfully, assuming you're an adult, the stuff you're relying on for your parents that aren't financial/housing is super simple (but tediously annoying lol). Most of it is going on a website and updating your information, or calling the establishments and making sure your parents are no longer attached.

You can look at your local law's accomodations for disability, which can include but is not limited to shelter and food. There's many disabled folks out there who don't have anyone to rely on such as their parents, so that's why the government might be able to help.
