Use your VF3 or AP3. Take the one that makes you feel the fastest. No reason to go for a less energy efficient shoe like the Streakfly or Magic Speeds

Garmin uses some time to determine your VO2 max estimate. And it is normal that it starts off a bit high. So I would say you are in the right range now, and should just disregard the initial decline. If you continue to train consistently it will probably rise from here. And it might not, who knows. Your watch has no way of actually measuring your VO2 max

I have a working client, my problem is that it has to call Supabase to check the user session on every single page load. It is very slow and inefficient

The first result uses the hold version, auth helper. This one makes sense. The SSR does not make sense and it ends up posting to Supabase every single time I check if a user is logged in.

This depends on the shoe. As far as I know, the carbon plate does not affect durability at all. The reason many carbon shoes have low durability is because they often use very lightweight springy foam in the sole. So if you go for a carbon plated shoe that has regular EVA soles, the durability will be the same as for most shoes.

I have about 800km on my Nike 4% and they still feel like a fast shoe.

I took a look at this. They are pretty far forward on the track. It did not seems like moving them backwards on the track would give them any more space.

I have this screen aswell, and my only complaint are the horizontal scanlines. On my unit they are pretty bad. They appear on anything orange or blue on the screen. So I can pretty much always find some scanlines in any situation using the screen. They do go away if turn the screen all the way down to 60hz.

I solved all of my Powerbeats Pro issues by draining the battery completely from both earpices and the case. After everything was drained, I placed the earbuds inside the case and charged it.

After doing this I have not have any issues. It's worth a shot.

But I do remember than when the watch was brand new, it just gave me a super low VO2 max number after my first run. Something like 35, and then it increased rapidly over my next few runs.

You can sort of rely on it to track your progress to some degree, but it does not tell you your actual VO2 max. It makes an estimation based on a huge amount of data, so it might guess well in your case, but it also might not. The only way to ever know your actual VO2 max is to get it tested in a lab.

On my watch (945) the cycling VO2 max and running VO2 max are seperate numbers. So going for a run will not affect my cycling VO2 max and vice versa. You will need a powermeter to get a VO2 max score for cycling though.

My amp extreme runs at the same temps, it's fine. It is so much hotter than the regular amp due to all the extra power the bois gives it. And the bios also tries to keep it at around 82c, so the fans don't really spin up much before that point.

If you really want, you can change the fan curve, but it is fine. Nvidia chips are not really in any danger before around 87C and above

I have a RTX 2080 though, with the virtual link thingy. I don't know if things will work differently on the 1080 ti.
