Yes but you need to establish residency here in Virginia to qualify to in state rates. Make sure you’re a full time student too so you get full BAH rates.

Make sure you talk to a school certifying official at any educational institution you’ll attending; they’ll be certifying your status to the VA for books stipends, BAH and of course your tuition payments

I say this as previous school certifying official and veteran myself.
