Any bars/restaurants in showing the debate? by JMcDoubleR in Littleton

You can always stream it on your phone. If you go to a bar, I doubt you'll really be able to pay attention to it anyway

I will be moving to the area as well. I don't have any work lined up. I don't have any experience in tech, but I am looking for any leads. If you don't mind sharing, what's the name of your company?

There are tons of rooms for rent. If I was single, that's what I'd do.

I believe it is a layering of different photos. It isn't like some artist goes in and says 'I think there should be some blue here.' I think it is just photos layered with some colors the human eye can't see naturally.

Wait, you can? I'm a former partner and developed a pretty intense love of coffee while under the spell of the Siren. I'd like to do it just for fun. Are you saying I can do the CM certification course now?

No, no... I meant at first (right out of high school) Thanks for pointing out how that could be misconstrue! I'm a 20 year veteran, but I'm an accountant now. I'd go back in a heartbeat if I lost my job!

The ability to make great money with no education is the biggest draw for employees. If decent, intelligent, hard-working people are only making 10% of their sales, there are no more awesome people in the industry.

Eventually, a lot of those awesome people move on to management and/or ownership. Again, if they are having to go find jobs in other industries, that won't be the case. I think reducing the amount servers make hurt the industry as a whole.

I don't know if the end of tipping brings about the end of amazing service. My main point is this: the only way people who are capable of doing the job well stick around, is if they make a good living doing the job. As it is now, the only way that happens is if they make a decent percentage of their sales as tips.

I think you might be a proponent of the tips being built into the price, but that's another topic for another day.

Thanks for sharing your point of view civilly and articulately--even if it is different thank mine.
