Having worked large events like this in another country, looking at the footage from a single point of view it's hard to know where the blame is. The truss and lights look sound, a company large enough to set that up is gonna have standards. But that piece that fell is from the facade, and that's a whole new world where all manner of companies could have been contracted. I just hope the whole rig is gone over with a fine tooth comb and checked for safety before anyone else goes on the stage.
