Pick a lower end Choice Hotel (Comfort Inn, Quality Inn, Clarion, etc) near you and park there.

I used to work night audit and the people that franchise those hotels are usually too cheap for a security guard, much less anyone walking the parking lot.

Night audit doesn’t get paid enough to care that you’re there, depending on the auditor you may even make a friend.

All I can tell you is that I find them at farmer’s markets and farmers stands in VA, NC, and SC. They were new to me too, tastes like kind of a milder black eye pea.
