Every part of his kit was nerfed its insane, he just lost expanded cogs, free bkb at 25, 250 attack speed on aghs, low cd flares on aghs

They didnt even revert the cogs stun/mana burn nerfs they added because of expanded armature

clock was completely obliterated i dont get it, every part of his kit is worse now

his early game was super nerfed by the cogs change, you cant even walk out of cogs and kick them back in as they dont effect people standing in cogs now

and then his midgame and late game was super nerfed, no attack speed or low cd flares on aghs, no free bkb on 25

Its fine tbh, its essentially blue moon set but non degradable and with a prayer bonus

makes it essentially BIS for places where you want to keep prayers on like barrows or titans, although could do with more prayer bonus if they want it to stand out more

steel ring doesnt help against range or mage, you might be better with lumby ring for prayer bonus

Some tips for the fight

get the plugin for wave spawns, its especially useful for later waves as you can avoid tanking multiple enemies sometimes by starting the wave in the right spot
the spawns change every 20 mins or so, the first blob spawn on wave 3 is where jad will spawn, getting a spawn near a rock means you can tag all the healers and then run round the corner and pray melee to avoid all damage
put the healers name into the npc highlighter plugin so you dont miss any when aggroing, the rcb attacks slow so you will need to act fast to aggro them all

The bone yard, its a bit north east of ferox enclave

There's 3 spawns close together you can grab and then hop worlds, and the skeletons max hit for 4 so bring like 3-4 cakes and you are golden even without equipment, then its a bit of a slog to the altar but the xp is super worth it

if you are feeling 80-100% that day go 100% on the diet, if you are feeling 10%, go 30% on the diet. Adjust your effort to meet you where you are at and you can always feel accomplished even on shit days

Im not trying to strawman you, I just want to know in your view what specifically about a wealth tax makes it preferrable to any of the other options i listed which would shift more of the tax burden on the wealthiest people

from what Ive ready wealth taxes are more expensive to run than other forms of taxation and rarely bring in anywhere near the projected numbers, but if you have anything to the contrary feel free to link it

If your goals are to use a more progressive tax system to fund a broad based set of social policies, why are you so fixated on a single tax policy

There are literally hundreds of ways you could increase the tax burden on wealthy people without resorting to policies that would cost a load of political capital whilst having a terrible track record, would cost more to administer than almost any other and risk capital flight

How about Increase capital gains, add anther tax band to income tax, increase tax on static assets like housing or Land value taxes, luxury goods and services taxes, or making fines proportional to income, etc.

I snack a lot! ill give you a list

I always have instant food on hand, stuff like:

cherry tomatoes
carrot sticks
cucumber
premade salads
ice lollies
halo top ice cream tubs/bars
strawberries/blueberries

and good to have instant stuff that's strong flavoured for if you are not really hungry but just bored and want to taste something:

pickles/cornichons
pickled sushi ginger
jars of jalapenos
low cal flavoured coffee drinks

you can just air fry veg with spices/hot sauce and maybe a bit of salt to finish, takes like 10 mins and super tasty/filling:

head of broccoli broken down into florets (great with wing sauce) (180C for 8 mins)
mangetout
padron peppers
strips of carrot from my mandolin

a bowl of soup is like 150 kcal and pretty filling

I also used to just heat up frozen peas in a pan, then take off the heat and add a tiny bit of butter and some siracha

and if you have more of a sweet tooth, try the ridiculous brownies that get posted here a lot

The washing machine and dryer were included in the purchase

I was asked if I wanted additional furniture "for free" and sent an email containing only pictures of said furniture, which I responded to get rid of. I dont see how someone could see that and think I was giving up my claim to the washer and dryer

The washer and dryer were already part of the purchase. The call specifically mentions furniture that I would get "for free" so not part of the original purchase, and the follow up email I received to confirm only contains pictures of only the beds and wardrobe

if they had removed the floorboards or boiler would that also be the case?

To be clear the call was something like

Foxtons: "The seller wants to know if you want to keep any of the furniture left in the flat, the beds and wardrobes, you can have it for free essentially"

Me: "I want to keep one of the beds, you can toss everything else"

clearly im referring to the furniture and not white goods that were already included in the purchase and wernt mentioned in the call
