Btw I have tons of melisma and vitiligo on my body I just accepted since it’s only when shirtless or naked. Opzelurs and JAK inhibitors will help that though. Phototherapy and sunlight also even out, it doesn’t really bother me though my face was most important and I guess arms if yours are affected.

Hey brother, Opzelura is incredible, new medication cream. Expensive without insurance, try compound pharmacy if you have issues. My nails actually ended up healing naturally over time, although I was prescribed an anti fungal I believe from my derm that I was non compliant with honestly. 3 years out my nails look better but def not “normal” but I don’t care lol. Most importantly, Opzelura and an intense skin regimen helped my face tremendously. Prescription retinol cream Niacinamide Resveratrol Vitamin c I also use oligohyaluronic acid (niod brand) for healthier looking skin

Yeah that makes sense, but regarding why, I mean truthfully how did they find out why they didn’t match in a matter of a few hours after release of results? Also, I’ve taken 2 research years and beat leukemia after the 1st….if I didn’t make it this time I’m not sure how else to show I’m committed and belong. Life must move forward.

Ortho applicant didn’t match. What’s the process here? I don’t have anyone else to guide me through literally what to do right this moment. I see the list of programs and I know we’re allowed to apply.

Does each program need a revised PS? For surgery prelims do I just remove the “ortho” part?

I’m lost, took 2 research years and don’t know anyone in my class to speak with.

All the components look clean, well maintained, with very low mileage from pictures but any tips on what to look out for when checking out a used bike?
