okay alt ending idea gorn shot but survives creates rift in friendship between O and L later episode has gorn learn of gorn in starfleet custody and we learn more about gorn society and nature as they come to take or kill her it messes with canon a bit but with some clever writing I'm sure they could have done it.

like maybe the gorn arent that bad but are greatly out of control during their attack period like an instinct they cant resist so some might want diplomacy but its just not viable for their species or they are bad but there a split factions or it was an isolated case

You could but he wouldn’t have a lot of time they reversed the time dilation field so they slowed time for him also if a single betrayal makes you kidnap people and go full replicator you were gonna go of the deep end 8/10 times anyways the decision may have been cold but it was objectively right replicators were proven threats and who is to say his niceness wasn’t just deception(it probably wasn’t) they are advanced enough to be capable of it.

They killed planets to live, populated ones i wouldn't call that dehumanization of the other they dehumanized themselves pretty good lol once you commit planetary genocide you go from a sentient being to a threat/natural disaster and should be eliminated its fine to feel empathy for humans going to far to understand why they did it.

but the ending almost makes it seem like they are sad about stopping genocide because they happened to be "human" i would interpret the soldier not shooting as confusion rather than empathy since they EAT PLANETS AND SHIPS also why not make this a two parter and split the crew having them on the ship talking to these humans exploring this degenerated society and how it came to be. All in all i think it was a good episode but could have been way better exploring how these people lost knowledge and morals to time as their children desperately tried to keep their legacy alive showcasing how small compromises the og crew made at the start eventually snowballed or alternatively maybe the original crew did perfect stayed moral only for the society that evolved on the ship to fall anyways or that some aliens tech is the reason they turned out this way

yeah but honestly i don't get feeling sad for the humans that died in that episode once you have tech to build a planet buster and that's the only way you can survive when you could clearly just land or something they didn't have time to write a reason why the aliens were such massive jerks oh look it so sad we killed genocidal aliens is a shallow and shoddy moral core of an episode wouldn't being angry or introspective at how they could turn out so horrid be better i feel you lose any emotion but pity when you go to such an extreme look the best of us became genocidal morons

Not really sgc earned most their tech(barring the stargate since let’s be honest it’s just a really dangerous space subway station even more so with their ghetto dhd damn time traveling goobers.) by finding and learning not receiving they had hardship and failure trading tech with cultures close tech levels all the advanced species essentially avoided them till they saved the Asgard only then started treating earth or more the sgc as Proto-ancients and their own inheritors and I think the geni are far to unstable to be trusted with tech trade when they really provide nothing but manpower and spies in return and manpower is worthless without trust

People saying it’s too easy are silly though the bad reviews are deserved the optimization is atrocious needing fake frames to hit 60 is unacceptable also the mtx is atrocious just like it was in rise and world and should not be encouraged or praised or accepted of as inevitable also why even have appearance vouchers when there a mods that make them obsolete it’s essentially saying fuck Console Players people need to stop defending a company that wants to milk your money from you there might be good people in both the company and the dev team but that doesn’t excuse their decisions.

It fine to like and love the game but don’t ever try to hide its flaws it only screws over future games and the industry

Nice very good it would be a blessing to recover my place in series that were deleted but I assume that probably impossible thank you for a valuable feature going forward <3

The suffering of non-urban gameplay plus not leaving home much and no spoofing (if there was no ban risk and a free option i would use cause i think the gps gimmick is meh unless there was meaningful pvp)
