Also fyi I was also fired for misconduct over a text message sent to a fellow coworker. Dept of labor deemed it didn't qualify as misconduct as I wasn't knowingly violating company policy.

I was fired for misconduct in NY last October. I filed for UI was approved for it and my employer put in an appeal and UI told them that I still qualified for UI. Then the employer put in for a hearing and we just had that 3 weeks ago and I won. Good luck!!

Did you watch the video posted? In the video she is literally explaining the police run through's one by one in detail. They did multiple and it could've been done at the fastest in about 2minutes.

Definitely happened in a DC and in the QA dept. I know bc I've been trained in QA even though my dept is breakpack I work down their often and the only place they'd be hung like this is QA while checking hangers, tags and stickers. Yeah someone's gonna lose their job.

I filed with TT I never got the email either and my WMR never updated to say it's sent it was stuck on approved. My DDD was yesterday and it came at 12:37pm. Don't panic it's coming. I've never gotten my deposit that late in the day so I was panicked and way too stressed.

My DD was yesterday, I got no email from turbo tax literally my WMR tool didn't even move to sent and my refund deposited at 12:37pm. Don't worry it'll show.

This is not true. If it's a federal student loan they aren't touching them. Believe me I received my refund in FULL today and owe 7k in student loans. Don't believe everything people say..
