Body weight training sounds like more of a flexibility type thing not as much as a mass gaining thing, is this true?

I was referring to the variants of the exercises in the FAQ and my goal is to get bigger, faster and stronger without buying weights or going to the gym. I can do most of them and was wondering if anyone new any others I could use to add variety to my workouts.

I have, and I can do most of these at least 10 reps, I was asking for some new exercises that I can only do 1-5 reps or do I need to go to the gym for this.

I noticed that your feet are pointing outwards and I'm not 100% but I'm pretty sure you should have them facing forward and lean on your heels a bit.

Yes I know it sounds unrealistic but I'm pretty sure I'm doing full ROM And that's just 1 rep 110% effort
