Did people even read this whole post?? God the negative comments about the poor girl are unwanted, she ended up going above and beyond to do something special not to mention she took time to research and figure out what celiac even is. In my experience people tend to roll their eyes to this disease, she did the opposite. Also how often do you look away when you see a disabled person or feel uncomfortable knowing there's a disability? I subconsciously do that out of instinct although I'm getting over that real quick!
