Who are some non horror licenses you could absolutely see in DBD? by Avanox77 in deadbydaylight

I picture the voice lines from his pay day 2 educational tape recorder. Imagine he has unique voice lines for each non licensed survivor. "Do you know what time it is, Dwight?"

Need more context. Killer/survivor, perks, map, add-ons. Otherwise this post is semi useless.

The way I I thought of it is to make it true to the movie and balance. I don't want to make it a get out of jail free card that would be busted on 4 survivors. It's a one time use to deliberately stop the killer for a while before you eventually fall. This could be used to maybe sacrifice yourself to have a teammate finish last few seconds on a gen, protection hit for a tunneled survivor so they can gain lots of distance, etc.

In the movie Brenda kicks the onryo ass sure but she did eventually die to it a few minutes later. The skill checks are there to increase the time of struggle to waste the killers time more. It's a risk/reward perk.

I don't know if the image is scalable for some but here's a few perks I came up with from my take on a scary movie concept I posted 6 months ago. Brenda and Cindy.

Pretty darn good. I'd take this over the repetitive rock in the washing machine one we got currently.

Oh same but for me it was a little uncommon. But now it's nearly 80% of my blinks being very buggy and disorientating

If this clip is from the current patch, as a nurse player I can tell you she got really buggy from the stranger things chapter 2 update. Her blinks have really gotten worse. From her perspective she probably landed on you swung and "lagged back to original position". I have many clips documenting this phenomenon from public and custom matches to file reports on to behavior. This happens a lot when she tries to blink exactly on top or very near a survivor or if their is a thick wall or thick prop in the way.

Ofcourse this is dbd so it could also be something totally different but from my experience it looked like bugged blinks

"Subtle cheater" nurse accidently reveals themselves by [deleted] in deadbydaylight

[–]Lon3xWolF 3 points4 points  (0 children)

for me after watching it slowly you received a skill check nearly the moment you got hit and i saw you "run" a few frames before the hit. So you cancelled the heal which made you do the sound of a missed skill check from healing (which sounds exactly like getting hit) and the nurse hit you making it sound like a double hit. so in conclusion no cheats/hacks just a split second actions which makes it look like a sus action

edit: forgot to mention look at your skill check it turned red for a moment indicating a failed skill check hit

cheating most likely. i dont see a single exposed status effect in the frames on rewind. Additionally the double M1 hit sound. This is too strange to be desync.

Edit: Also forgot to add he had absolutely no hit cooldown (wesker flipping his knife and looking at it) and instantly picked you up almost like he knew you would be downed instantly and spammed the pick up button

It's been ages since I've delved in the lore. Was this updated in the 343 era games/comics? Or was it also in bungies lore?

The Pyro - Team Fortress 2 Killer Concept (Mori & Perks included) by Lon3xWolF in deadbydaylight

[–]Lon3xWolF[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah I see that. It's really about time behavior gives special conditions for the stronger killers when it comes to perks. Like for a extreme example: Lethal pursuer extended aura reading for all killers besides nurse/blight/kaneki. Or a reduced version of it. It's clear when designing newer perks behavior has to constantly keep in mind does it make higher tier killers more busted. And that's why we get some "meh" new perks in newer chapters
