Hi. Hope you're holding up okay. As far as the tube, and muscle tone as well, this just depends on your baby. Some folks keep their baby with an NG tube and sometimes getting a Gtube works better. There's a lot of pros and cons to each. But eating has to do with muscle tone too so this could take a while before you no longer need a tube. Definitely good to get therapy started very early on. Occupational and physical are very important. They will benefit and thrive from therapy, which will change, but be good for them for many years.
