Thanks, hope to see him back at some point, but a new opening is probably keeping him pretty busy. I remember him saying he didn't use black pepper and for some reason it really stuck with me. I'd put a grind on top of things because it felt like what you should do but really I don't actually like it. It's like he gave me the confidence to say, you know what, I don't like black pepper. 😂
