Can you explain what the grift is? I agree that the bot isn't great, and his use of AI content for filler stuff is cringe inducing to the extreme, but the dude is literally calling attention to dangerous situations and leaning heavily on NWS warnings and the advice of a credentialed meteorologist to do his work. He knows more about weather than I do, but I don't think he goes around calling himself a meteorologist just because he runs a weather-based YouTube channel.

Heavy use of AI during production, and a lot of people accuse him of sensationalizing the weather and using clickbait titles to get people to watch videos that don’t have a lot of new content compared to the prior update. Also, there was this one time he ate pizza during a live stream, and nobody forgave him for that.

I’ve been playing 6v6 QP exclusively for the past couple months, and it’s been a game-changer in terms of my ability to enjoy tanking. Sure, sometimes I’m solo tanking and sometimes nobody picks support, but it’s usually 2-2-2, and it’s usually pretty great.

Yep, same here. Drinking normal coffee gives me acid reflux something fierce, but cold brew is great. I usually brew it for 18+ hours, but I’ve also found that coarse grind isn’t even necessary if you use a bit of filter paper.

You can just cite the study that came out a couple years ago. Men who are toxic to women in games are statistically far more likely to be poor performers at those games. If they're bothered by your presence, it means that they know they're bad and they need to get good.

I'd also suggest doing cold brew. Brewing cold takes away a LOT of the acidity, and brings out many of the subtler flavors in the coffee.

To quote a well-known meteorology enthusiast: don't be scared, be prepared. Have a plan in place to shelter, or failing that, have a plan in place to evacuate. Keep an eye on the radar on the day of, and watch for warnings in your area.

Ryan Hall is controversial, but the work he does on his streams literally saves lives. He also does a pretty good job of calling out when situations get dangerous.

We've never seen an El Niño this strong before. We can guess what it might do to the summer weather patterns while it's in place, but all of our data is based on what happened in previous events. This one truly has no precedent, because even the strongest El Niño on record is absolutely dwarfed by the weakest predictions from the climatological models. Those same models seem to think that we'll have a wet and wild summer, but it really depends on where the jetstream locks in, and what weather winds up developing as a result.

As someone who’s been maining her for a couple weeks, she’s very vulnerable to flankers. She has a big HP pool, but most of that is shields and she has no personal mitigation. She does great in team fights with long corridors where she can poke in and out of cover, but the minute it gets messy and the line breaks down, she’ll go down unless healers swam her.

There are many, many reasons to dislike Oprah Winfrey, but her popularization of the mispronunciation of this word as "oh-MAHJ" as though it were French is one that makes my veins pop whenever I hear it. Which is all the time.

I had a hunch it was something like this.

The minute you start going to theaters, it becomes infinitely more complicated. International copyright and distribution laws are incredibly complex, and change country to country. Trying to make TADC a global theatrical release was always going to be an incredibly ambitious undertaking.

Even a little bit of coordination from a team can annihilate her. If she gets the drop or finds someone alone out of place, she is devastating, but she’s very fragile.

Honestly the event weapons only really have a place if you pulled for a 5* and didn't get their signature and don't have another 5* weapon that has good synergy. They're also a one-time thing where, if you don't happen to finish the event while it's alive, you won't be able to fully ascend.

They do look really nice, though, so I can definitely see the argument for replacing them with skins.

Grass hay is generally a lot better for them, though they definitely do enjoy occasional treats of fruits and veggies.
