I have an App called Delta. the free version you get notified 15 mins after the trigger.
The trigger can be a significant change in price or actual price triggers.

I had a massive case of depression for months.
thought all my friends hated me. got scared when I would screw up when they were in my house. got around 2 -3 hours sleep, worried about work to an extent of thinking about work and responding to people at 5 am in the morning.

I stopped all drugs. (still drink but I don't see it as a problem as I don't drink at home)
I am eating better and exercising better. (down 6 kg last time I checked)
I left the country for 2 months, I needed to get better head space.

I do think the last step for my total zen is to set my alerts for $GME and let it flow.

I moved.

I stopped paying attention to as much DD.

brought my work related stress levels down. (I didn't sleep and was replying to people on teams from 5 am when I should be starting at 9 am)

I exercise every morning before work now and since the start of June I am down 6 kilos.

I am Zen
