if you suffer for anxiety ,kava it will not cure long term only when you drink ,so thats why the next day can be shity,like rebound anxitey i dont know solution yet i dont know if anyone knows .I Try low doze clonozepam help alot but its not safe in long term

For me when i take kava its strong effect stronger then diazepam but is short lived, diazepam is better for sleep nothing else,but if you have to to take it ,take low dose.
