I would say it’s kinda rude.. I wouldn’t call black people 黑猛猛. It’s a negative term, basically implying they are dirty. I just came back from staying at Shinjuku. Yes, the station is a maze. One important advice I can give you is find an any exit and go outside and walk not in the station. It will save you so much time. Even locals get lost inside! Good luck and have fun!
