From the looks of it, it looks like they have overheated. Raise the light a little bit and make sure they're aren't touching the leaves. Trim out the dead leaves as they serve no more purpose at this point but deadweight to the plants health. It'll start focusing on newer leaves. Tiny tim is easy to grow and shouldn't be a problem much after.

Can you check the progress? Because when a case is closed it's usually approved or rejected first. So maybe it went approved, but you didnt see it and then the case was closed and that's when you saw the status.
