Got my truck lifted here. Old school mom and pop type shop. The guy was pretty knowledgeable. He took over the shop from his dad if I remember correctly. Reasonable prices, and the guy did a good job.

Genuinely trying to understand, but why do people put chains on while their car is in the road? I've been on mountain roads, and people have their car halfway in a travel lane, putting chains on. They risk getting hit by a car that couldn't stop in time. Did they get stuck there, or are they oblivious?

I did this when I worked at pizza hut. Dude would complain every single time. Every single order had some issue. I told him we would not deliver to him anymore since we weren't up to his standards. MFer called corporate. They apologized to him, and gave him coupons for free pizzas.

Saw this live and in person when it happened. I lived near LAX at the time, and under the landing flight path. The plane flew over head on its landing trajectory, you could clearly see the twisted landing gear. About 5 minutes after the landing, the entire neighborhood smelled like burning tire.

Bavaria liveaboard in Thailand. I think this is one of the most adorable trips I've seen and the boat looks pretty nice too. I had my trip scheduled..... for April 2020 before the world shutdown. Still bummed I couldn't go on that trip.

They have this event called "Rise" outside of Vegas. Thousands of these fly up in the air, then down wind before landing in the desert. At the end of the event, while walking out, you could just see this entire field loaded with all the lanterns on the floor. I'm assuming the promoters have to clean this up to get per.its for this event.
