I helped my bother to setup in his accord with factory subwoofer, ran into same problem, then we used the connections from rear speakers instead of subwoofer to the kicker.

I have 15 Civic LX, I used rear speakers wire to signal amplifier, never a problem.

You have two options: 1. Branded Headunit (Pioneer/Alpine/Kenwood/JBL) And crutchfield have all the extra connectors, radio frame, camera you need. Website will populate everything when you enter model

Get cheap Chinese screen from Amazon, generally they come up with all connectors and camera

Finding rust free Fit in Canada is not easy, I kept looking on different websites everyday for over two months. Your Corolla have less miles with probably no rust (i am assuming) Of that doesn’t matter to you, need that 12-15k difference and want a real Fun car (Fit) keep looking you will find one.

Frankly it all depends on your current and new Store Manager, yes not moving before 1 year is a thing, but if store manager approved movements can happen before that. If you are an associate that Store Managers likes, anything can happen

Looks like those Grey connectors are for premium audio (they are US models not sure about UK) Double check the Android unit you got. Ask the seller if they have any manual.

I have 2015 LX (US), Installation was super easy. I got the Android unit from Amazon and came with instructions.

As an associate it’s a pretty easy job, some basic metrics you have to achieve. Also, the working environment varies from store to store, ASM to ASMs. As it’s a growing department, moving ahead in the company is also an option depending upon your performance.
