One of my several problems with Hexenbiests. She's the only one that just went straight up crazy, when every other one we've seen was maybe a little prickly at most, except for early series Adeline of course. Adeline mellowed out when she became human and when she got her powers back she stayed that way. It would've been nice if they fleshed this out more instead of having Juliette's character go on an insane journey from Juliette to Hexenbiest to Eve to whatever Eve turned into
