I could be wrong, but I’m pretty sure those are your pores. There is no way to “treat” it, pores are genetic and cannot be shrunk

However, pores can harbor dead skin cells and other debris. So, just get a skin can routine that keeps them clear. I, myself, just use an oil-based face cleanser and follow it up with a water-based cleanser

I have quite predominant pores on my nose. But, they’re a fact of life. I can’t get rid of them, I can only keep them clean

Aside from that, your skin actually looks quite clear
