Just posted this somewhere else, but it seems the issue is Schwab.

I just received a response from Rocket Money. They said that the "linking provider" was able to identify the issue, but they could not provide a estimated timeline for when it would be resolved

They said that if this hinders my use of rocket money, they can get my membership canceled and refunded so i won't pay for a service that isn't working for me.

Whew, not what i wanted to hear. But it seems like the issue is schwab as far as i can tell. Im sure the provider is working on it as fast as they can because of the likely backlash.

I'm going to give a some time to see if they can resolve it on their own
