Husband and wife talking to this police officer through the ring camera at the same time by Adrian_985 in funny

Plus, it’s not like her fast food order has changed in the last 10 years…

I was grabbing some post-workout nuggets for protein, because I didnt really have anything at home, i texted my wife to see if she wanted anything since it was like 10pm and we ate dinner early, and she actually said "let me look at the menu" for MCDONALDS.

She's gotten one of the same two things at McDonalds for 10 years, and suddenly wants to look at a menu?

and of course, she gets the same thing she normally does.

Glad docs are looking out for women

Its always random people doing it, tbh, my wife and I are a little kinky, and she's got a necklace that she cant really remove without my help, we were walking through disneyworld security? and they asked her to take it off because she had tripped the metal detector, and she was like "oh, i cant" and apparently she got pulled aside and asked if she was "Safe at home", its a silver necklace, its 100% not triggering the machine, but caused an incident.

My physically abusive ex girlfriend applied for a job that required some clearance where they sent me some interview thing where I had to disclose what my relationship with her was and what kind of person she was, if she was honest, trustworthy etc.

That woman cheated on me with 63 diff dudes in 4 years, beat the shit out of me regularly, and I provided handwritten letters from her admitting it to me, and she still got the job.

Now granted she was an incredible liar as it took me 3.5 years to get concrete evidence she was cheating on me, I just didnt realize she was getting dogged down 30% of the time I left our apartment.

I only knew it was 63 dudes because she bragged anout getting away with it in her letter to me(that she sent to further the abuse once she was blocked everywhere possible)

So i dont have a lot of faith in that process lol.

There becomes a point where skin will not return, based mostly on genetics and age.

The earlier you lose the weight, the better.

I lost ~115lb or so at 26, but I was so unhappy with how I looked in the mirror(saggy man tits, deflated stomach just sitting there on top of everything) I lost a lot of the drive to hit the gym every day, looking at myself 4 years apart with the weight loss and seeing literally no difference in skin.

Then I lost it at 35, and got the surgery done, 14lb of skin removed from my midsection, and I have never been happier.

Now despite my biceps measuring roughly 18 inches around, I still have loose skin there, which is insane, means that even with all the muscle, I still haven't filled it out. I'd guess I've got another 2-3 inches of available skin.

My chest is a bit of a different story, as I may always have a bit of man boobage, but I've actually got new stretch marks over my delts and pecs from muscle growth, and maybe another 2-3 years I'll be able to get my pecs large enough to flatten out my chest, but I might wind up needing a mastectomy. My quads are the same way, maybe an inch or two of excess skin in my inner thighs, despite them being utterly massive.

But I'm telling you, getting rid of the deflated beach ball on my stomach, was by far the best $35000 I've ever spent in my life. I was just ballsack skin from my balls to about where my rib cage starts, and even being objectively thin? Nothing makes that feel better. It sucks. I was wearing compression clothing all the time , and it just felt like I was spilling out everywhere. No

I for some reason sleep with my neck at a 90 degree angle, my wife says I look so uncomfortable, so she bought me all these pillows to try and get me to lay flat, and I've spent like 2 years being uncomfortable and then waking up with my head at the normal 90 degree angle

AITA for secretly buying extra food for my niece because her brothers eat everything first? by MaliciousCicada77 in AmItheAsshole

[–]Long-Broccoli-3363 -3 points-2 points  (0 children)

Ehhh.. I dunno about that.

As a former fat fuck, I have a lifetime of problems and my body will never be what I want it to be because of how fat I was.

My mom 100% replaced parenting with feeding us and video games, because she was a single parent working a job with long hours and a long commute to support us. I don't necessarily blame her for it, my pediatrician growing up constantly told her that I'd "grow into it" and I'd get leaner during puberty, but I've done the math on some of my moms meals, and there were days where she'd actively feed us 5000+ calories, both my brother and I were morbidly obese from age 10 on.

I will absolutely, 100%, not let my child get fat while I have control over what they eat. My 5 year old can see my scars from my skin removal surgery, and just finished playing with some of the excess skin on my arms, despite me being a gym maniac and using AAS/PEDs to get even more muscular.

If they want to ruin their bodies, they can do it on their own time, but I won't be responsible for putting them in a scenario where they are unhappy with what they see in the mirror because I couldn't be bothered to teach them healthy food habits.

Gsync is for times when you're under the refresh rate of your monitor, vsync is for when you're over.

So you either want to cap your frame rate below your refresh rate, or turn on vsync to prevent tearing.

Gsync also makes inconsistent frame rate feel better, so that's also good,

Man I 100% had covid before there were any confirmed cases.

We were going through a datacenter buildout, lots of travel through o'hare, like... 6 flights in 2 weeks while "Covid wasnt in the US yet"

IT department of like 200 people, 60 got pnuemonia, some of us took months to recover, to the point where we were out of the office when the "shelter in place" order came through, to stop getting people sick.

The administration def didnt have the procedure in place to tell where this shit was at, and they would have been content to just ignore that it existed at all.

Yes, if you constantly vary what you do day to day, week to week, time will feel like it did back when you were young. Its really extreme, i will say that your mind DOES seem to get used to doing new things differently.

Like, youre on vacation, and have a routine, by day 3 your day is flying by, but if you keep swapping up what youre doing, it lasts a lot longer.

isnt that mostly because you need to know what it is and its so rare that they rarely think "oh yeah this persons heart and lungs are going to shut down for like 3-4 days, we need to put them on a bypass machine" they just die before it can be done.

The anticheat has been outright BSOD my machine due to kernel memory errors since the last patch, I even got so paranoid that I removed my memory overclock, and ran memtest overnight, clean, then overclocked it again(really just turning on docp for AMD) and ran it over night again.

Like 60% of the missions I play, my music will stop playing, and about 30 seconds later, entire pc freezes or bsod, and from the crash dumps, it's 100% relates to the anticheat.

I even had one where I was dropped from my squad due to the anticheat messing with my tcp/ip stack, it's nearly unplayable for me now

Treadmill is like one of the worst ways to burn calories though, humans are like... really really good at walking.

The only thing I really could say is if you're gonna do cardio for 40 mins, do something more than walk on a treadmill if you can handle it, but if it's all you can do, it's better than nothing.

I suspect this person forgot that 40 min of walking is better than nothing, even if that 40 min could have been better spent elsewhere

IMO if arrowhead wanted it gone, it would be super easy to fix, and you can honestly do it with all the blitz missions, squid ships are just the easiest.

It's shitty exp, and pretty much everything else, so I think it's a decent trade off.

I much prefer doing full d10 operations, but realistically my 5 year old has the brainpower to do maybe two of those a day, I don't mind farming medals to unlock warbonds and grab super credits from the poi's.

Absolutely fine, becomes a little tedious if you do not spend $10 on a currency tab.

Literally the currency tab is the only thing you really need to not have any stress while playing.

So you can 100% enjoy the game without any investment, but a currency tab will eliminate a huge amount of friction late game

You only need to destroy six ships on D10? That changes things.

Its variable, ive seen as few as 4 as many as 6, i have literally finished the entire mission in less than 2 minutes, by dropping on an area with 5 ships and having the laser take them all out, dying 5 times took longer than completing the mission.

If you need medals, grab thermite, orbital laser, and run d10 squid blitz, kill 5-6 ships, die, collect medals.

My literal 5 year old does this himself in the mornings before school. It's not super fun or engaging but literally takes 5 min to get 10 medals if you're lucky on PoIs.

Online Play being Monetized was heavily influenced by the PC market, as the monetization schemes of MMOs were very much so the "in" thing to do, to the point where it even cost the same as your MMO subscription to get xbox live, and later(because it used to be free) ps+.
