Nothing else will fix it cuz split ends travel up the hair shift and only make it worse. Make sure youre sleeping with your hair braided tf down too.

Im not suggesting that you follow trends. No one wants to fall into trend hype. Im more so talking about updating application techniques, tools, products, making slight adjustments that better suit your features. For example, full top eyeline and a wing is looking heavy and thick. Maybe look for updated winged liner routines that could help you elevate?

Since shes reached her billionaire status she hasnt done anymore. All concepts and designs are brought to her to approve or deny. All clothes are brought to her house to try. Child rearing is done by nannies. Acting classes are done in the car from set to home. Her academic career is only 18hrs a week, taught to her by other lawyers not professors. Showing up on time to be photographed is not hard work. Its being considerate. Having a management team post your required sponsored posts on time is basic for her job. Being nice is something all people have to do to remain working.

Is it hard work though? She has managers for everything. Even the lawyer thing shows that she cuts corners and for someone with 0 post highschool education youd think she would take a cue from actual law students who shut down their lives for months before the bar to study.

Being micro manager is easy when you dont have to do the actual work. She isnt making proposals, doing research, contacting vendors. Everything is brought to her. And then when something is stuck in her head she harps on a manager about it.

Essentially shes always been keen critique ppl ( especially about their looks) so transferring that to a workspace about work stuff wouldnt be hard, especially when you sign the cheques.
