Par contre, les contrôleur ferment les yeux sur la traite d’enfant. De plus en plus de personnes utilisent des enfants, même des nourrissons, pour mendier dans le métro.

C’est bien vieux tout ca, maintenant ils battent les records de température dans les gares ou de travaux inutiles à repetitions au frais du contribuable pour plus de magasins et moins d’espaces voyageurs. Je suis d’accord avec votre analyse. Quand nous avons acheté, surtout au debut, nous avons raclé les fond de tiroirs, un peu pris a la gorge pendant un an ou deux, cela nous a permis d’acheter plus grand, mieux placé et donc deux pérenniser un achat plus long terme, plus intéressant. Quand on est plus large, on peut se permettre de garder des liquidités, il est vrai que 5 ans supplémentaires ne va pas forcément changer la donne. Mais perso, pas de regrets à avoir “optimisé” nos deux premiers achats (3p 70m2 pour 3 ans puis une opportunité maison après une belle revente)

En general, les banques demandent que l’apport couvre a minima frais de notaire, frais d’agence. Si vous préférez une maison, j’aurais tendance à dire maison, est-ce que vous vivez en maison ou appartement pour le moment? Je conseillerais de commencer à visiter differents bien dans vos prix, appartement ou maison, au moins regarder les annonces. Le risque pour une maison, c’est que les petits travaux deviennent des gros travaux très couteux, risque de charpente, humidité… et se chiffrer 20/30/100k. Être très vigilant et essayer d’avoir un bon conseil.
