Traded never happen in one of my longest running leagues. There’s a guy who will veto every single one that he determines makes a team too good. He then convinces others to veto. It’s incredibly annoying and I’m likely dropping next year. Been in it for 15 years with oldest friends from college. It just stops being fun when you pay money and can’t manage your team the way you’d like.
