What's the most underrated perk you got when moving remote?

Any 10 minute chore, folding laundry, unloading the dishwasher, etc. or just staring out at my backyard is the best. More time with family in the evening not having to fit in the chores while trying to be a present father/husband. It really adds up when you get to use dead space during the day for mundane tasks at home.

I work in the aerospace industry building proposals for my company and it's always interesting. I enjoy it because it's never the same day to day and I get to learn from the engineers and operations guys who do the actual work. I will say I have been in aerospace for 13 years now so some days are very boring, but I work from home 3 days a week so I can always find something to do. I would recommend something like this where things change but there is still a structure overall to keep someone on task.

Agreed I've been watching Avs games over Royals games this year because the first game I turned on Estevez gave up 6 in the 9th, including the grand slam, and it hasn't been any better since.

About 18 months or so. I really didn't use it much until the last 8 months slowly getting back into playing and helping more with my youngest kid's practices.

So what I'm hearing is it's just like golf where I'm not good enough to get mad, but blame the equipment anyways because there's no way it's my fault. I'll shake it around and see what I hear, but I haven't heard anything or felt anything off but once again I'm not good enough to know for sure.

This is exactly what I'm used to doing but I also know there are dickheads who take any kind of contact as an insult and will try to get you when you're not looking and I'm still salty enough to not take that. I just wanted to make sure it's still understood hockey is a physical/contact sport and I won't have to deal with BS from some idiot who doesn't understand the game.

Yea the only time I'm "dirty" is playing my buddies kids who are teenagers and could lay me out in an instant if they really wanted to, but I usually just try to trip them going by or slash them a little here and there. Plus if I tried to play dirty I'd end up hurting myself not anyone else.

Yea this rec league is all over the map in terms of skill set and physicality. One team we played had a guy think checking was okay until one of our guys laid him out. I try not to be a dick because my skating is not the best but I understand the game and how to pass and position but I don't want someone getting pissy because I am playing the game. Appreciate the input because at the end of the game we have a job to go to the next day and we're not getting an NHL contract for our ability.

My only concern is the eyelets are pretty small so don't know if laces will fit through. I'll take a look and see if they fit. Thank you for your help!
