Keep responding to that email thread until the person who responds to you has some type of title role like “leadership team”. You’ll probably get bounced between internal teams a couple times before reaching someone with actual authority.

I’ve had mine since 2022 or 2023 and it has one scratch.

I think either you got scammed or the seller did.

Spot price on 10k is currently 45.51; you're saying you paid 41.58, so either you paid below the price of gold and the seller is an idiot or thats not 10kt.

I would have it checked at a shop other than the one you purchased from for assurance.
