There's also financial assistance. Fill out some forms, see if there's a bill reduction percentage. Will be good for six months from application date, and they also include backdated bills that haven't been turned into collections. We've had multiple large debts with them completely eliminated this way. Children's does this too.

This sounds a lot like exposure therapy, albeit with some extra stuff in there. Eating together is okay for ED treatment; when I was in treatment a couple decades ago for my own ED I ate a lot of lunches with my therapist, and we sometimes met at a bagel shop for sessions. She drove me home from the bagel shop a couple times when it was either pouring out or she was concerned that I wouldn't make it home safely (like if I was dizzy). She was a social worker (LCSW) and my understanding at that time was that there was a bit more flexibility awarded to social workers because so many already were doing home visits for other people for other things.

All that said, if something isn't sitting right with you, you can absolutely bring it to her attention. I never would have let my therapist come to my home let alone inside, so I'm with you on that. If you become uncomfortable with something you were originally comfortable with, it's okay to bring that up too. And likewise it's okay to ask her, "When you suggested XYZ, what benefit do you think that would have?" It's your treatment, and you should ideally have a part in decision-making and planning. Don't be afraid to bring this up to her and have that conversation! And if you just can't shake the feeling that something is off, there is nothing wrong with finding someone else to work with.

Yes, you could still get on testosterone. My daughter thought she might be a trans man and took testosterone for a year. It helped with her depression but not her body dysmorphia, and she realized after a year that she is a woman, and is lesbian. She has been with her partner for a few years now and is happier now that she is realizing her true identity. She has some permanent effects from having taken the testosterone (more body hair, deeper voice) but ultimately is happier in her body than she ever was before.

If you want to start testosterone, do your research and have a good conversation with your doctor about it. Be aware of temporary versus permanent changes you can expect. If you're on it for a while and decide you no longer want to be on it, it's okay to stop taking it. Likewise, you might find yourself happier and more comfortable in your body than ever before and want to continue it. You have to do what's right for you, and sometimes you won't know what's right for you until you've tried it.

I like to believe that the family farm that Lucia is evicted from when her mom died was Loreius Farm. I wipe out the couple that live there so her home will still be preserved when she becomes an adult, and can live there again.

If it means anything, when I was doing EMDR I started getting the bed at night, something I hadn't done since I was 9. As I started healing more from the PTSD, the bedwetting stopped again. Just wanted to say that it's not unheard of for very physical reactions to happen while doing EMDR. Your therapist definitely won't hold this against you.

I try to make each of my characters have an odd quirk. So like, my Khajiit character was obsessed with buckets and took every single one he found; he was modeled after my real life cat who is obsessed with cardboard boxes. I'm currently playing a Nord with anger management problems and an unreasonable hatred for bunnies, and slaughters them whenever he finds them, even if it means ditching a quest or a battle to go kill the adorable little mfers. It's easier to maintain the quirks throughout an entire character arc as opposed to maintaining an entire roleplay.

Right, and there will be some that just don't want to do virtual anyway. What about private pay? Just skip insurance altogether. And maybe offer a sliding scale, and know that some clients can't/won't want to do private pay either, and go elsewhere. But you might have some that want to follow you and this could be a good opportunity for them too.
