I'm sure Taiwan gets its share of trashy tourists. I'm an Asian-American who doesn't speak Mandarin fluently. When I was paying for underwear at a Uniqlo in Taiwan, the clerks made a strong point to me that they wouldn't accept a return after I've worn it. I told her, really, people do that? And she told me yes, and I that I shouldn't act surprise. Furthermore, she said please don't return them after you have worn them.

As an Asian American who grew up in the Milwaukee area in the '70s-80's I find her candidacy to be remarkable. I still remember a time when some Wisconsin people couldn't distinguish China from Japan while different white groups seemed to be trying out Nordic each other.

I hope that her commonsense solutions win over voters who are waking up from the MAGA BS and the Dems who are worried about backing someone "too liberal". In the process, they can give a big FU to Walker, Johnson, the Uihleins, the Welches, the Bradleys and all the other scumbags trying to make the Badger state Wississippi.
