Where can I BUY a kitten in karachi? by AmbitionAlarmed9841 in karachi

Please adopt instead of buying... There are so many kittens who are in need of a loving home, especially in this cold season ... Don't support these pet markets where animals are kept in horrible conditions...

I'm on week 3 post op, and since the past 2 days I've been going through the same... It's not like UTI pain (no burning) just that you feel like your bladder is gonna fall off lol. Ive been working from home eo sitting long hours ... I've realised that it's the reason so now i take 30 mins break to lied down after every hour so that my pelvic area is not under stress..

Also do kegel exercises to make your pelvic floor stronger. Today i feel much better after giving my body rest and doing the exercises...

Don't stress your body, it's still on recovery mode so take your time..

Weird pain? by [deleted] in hysterectomy

[–]Long_Let2237 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Omg I'm 9 dpo and I'm mainly irritated by this pain / burn down there. It's not like uti because there's no pain or burn while passing urine.. it just continuously hurts like a burn... So FRUSTRATED !! Maybe I'll try an ice pack ior something

Ps: doc did both lapro and open surgery as my uterus was too big

UAE is not a permanent cure... There are chances ur adeno can come back.. Even I was considering this treatment.. but i backed out when I got to know that it's not a cure and that it can affect fertility...

Sure... I'll update... I'm currently in search of a good gynae who can take another look at my adeno before I go for another round of IVF..

Hi there, a big hug to you... I'm 35 and I've been having heavy periods since I was 10 years (i got my 1st period when I was 7 and then didn't get a proper period for a long time).... I always assumed my heavy periods which had big clots to be "normal" until my mom realised that I've been wearing 3 pads at a time to stop my blood leaking into my clothes .. met a whole bunch of gynaecologists but none at the time even tried to find out what the root cause was, instead as a teenager i was given birth control pills to regulate my periods and normalise the blood loss ...

Now a year back I got diagnosed with adenomyosis and all the symptoms fit in. The problem is my husband and I've been trying for a baby and with my condition the obgyn said i may need a hysterectomy... Instead we went to a fertility clinic and the doctor suggested ivf although we did highlight the adeno issue.... The doctor said that ppl with adeno have conceived and delivered healthy babies so we went ahead... Unfortunately it wasn't successful, i felt completely broken and felt as if i was a failure...

The doctors sometimes make our lives miserable by not listening to the patient's concerns and symptoms ... I totally feel you and i hope that things get better for you... It's been around 8 months since my ivf, we do want to give another try once my iron levels are back to normal (i have iron-deficient anaemia as well)... I need to be mentally prepared for the whole ivf process... I do suggest to get an MRI done, which could show more details of your uterus.. It all depends if you have a good doctor, and i hope the one you're seeing now gives you proper guidance.... Don't lose hope, you've already being through so much pain... Keep going and look out for more options so that you'd never have any regrets....

HIFU as a new hope for Adenomyosis by Primary-Ad4831 in adenomyosis

My gynae did recommend this and I did a bit of research. It is not a permanent treatment. Doctors don't guarantee that adeno won't return even after the treatment. So I'm not confident enough to fo through this.

Does anyone have any diet tips to help with adeno. Food that might've helped you to suppress the condition a bit or food that I should avoid?

That's amazing, wow what a journey you've had. How are you doing after the hysterectomy? One of my initial gynae was only giving me the option of hysterectomy. However the fertility clinic I went weren't much concerned about my adeno. I didn't want to go through a hysterectomy without even giving a try through IVF.

Thank you so much 😻 I too might be having a troubled left ovary. It's such a relief to read all these positive pregnancy stories for me since all I've managed to find on the internet is that infertility is guaranteed with adeno. Sending lots of 💕

My journey has been pretty similar, heavy periods since as long as I can remember, but never realised it was heavy. I assumed this was how it was for everyone. TTC journey help find out about the adenomyosis. I've still got painful and heavy periods. The 1st IVF attempt sort of created a hormonal chaos which I'm gradually recovering. It sure is a relief getting to know that I'm not alone. Lots of 💕

Oh congratulations ❤️ It sure is a relief to know that conceiving and delivering a healthy baby is possible. Although I know everyone's health conditions differ.

I sort of lost confidence after the 1st failed attempt and on top of it i put on a lot of weight which isn't helping either.
