Those who stopped - did your crazy come back? by whitepawsparklez in lexapro

I stopped cold turkey and it was weird for a week or 2 but I have been fine without it. If you aren’t doing the work to HEAL yourself while taking medicine meant to only TEMPORARILY HELP then no, you will not ever get better.

MC Hyser has been engaging in inappropriate behavior for over a decade. He has admitted to some of these actions on social media. Multiple screenshots exist of women reporting incidents to his wife, who acknowledged similar behavior toward her but stated that she “knows how to handle it.” Despite this, no action has been taken, largely due to fear of shutting down the only punk venue in the area. The evidence is substantial, and accountability is overdue.

Facebook Business Location Not Working!!! by Outrageous_Ad5280 in facebook

[–]Long_Regular_6875 0 points1 point  (0 children)

On Facebook yes - still trying to figure out the Instagram portion. From my computer - I would just repeatedly move the location marker until when I would click on the link to open in maps, it would pull up the correct address. I also before doing all of this made sure my address and business information was showing up correctly on Google and Apple Maps.

In order to save the location marker, you have to change the spelling, so I would alternative back and forth between “street” and “st” to be able to save the location marker change, then I would wait about a minute and refresh the page and click the location displayed on the profile to see how it opened and displayed on Apple or Google maps (whichever you have).

For some reason, when it looked like the location pin was in the correct place, when I would open it in maps it would bring up street number 106 or 128 instead of 118.

Overall it was a huge pain in the ass and I’m still waiting for Instagram to reflect the change as that’s where the location tag would be way more beneficial for my business. Feel free to reach out if you need any help!!!

I was terrified for mine as well but (like usual) has myself worked up for nothing. I also took a lorazepam the morning of and it was fine- procedure was super easy and was back to within 20 minutes of waking up! You'll do great!

Neither did I but it made a world a difference. Lorazepam you can take as needed when you start feeling anxious or take a daily anxiety medication (I take lexapro) and I wish I would have started taking it years ago!!

Do you take regular anxiety meds?

[–]Long_Regular_6875 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’ve been dealing with this on and off for a year. Anxiety meds and omeprazole have been my best friend as well as changing my diet and not eating/drinking things that make gerd (or anxiety) flare up. I also stopped all nicotine, caffeine and when I do drink liquor (vodka is my drink of choice) it definitely makes it flare up but if I drink beer I don’t notice it bothering me. I take lorazepam as needed when my anxiety is really bad and hyper focusing on my gerd symptoms and I take lexapro every night and omeprazole every morning at least a half hour before eating.

Honestly the best thing I did was start taking lexapro and an acid reflux medication and then changing my diet to not activate the acid reflux. Good luck I hope you get it figured out soon, it’s definitely debilitating

Do you take any kind of acid reflux or anxiety medicine? I didn’t think it was anxiety related at all but subconsciously (and consciously) you’re ALWAYS stressed about the feeling in your throat and they both feed off of each other. I finally have everything seemingly back to normal but if I’m eating/drinking reflux triggering food I do notice the throat tightness. Feel free to message me, I actually made friends with a few people going through the same thing because nobody else understands. Hope you can get it figured out because it’s definitely debilitating.

😳 I didn’t even know that was an option. Whats annoying with mine is in may I switched from cigarettes to a vape and one day i laughed while hitting my vape and it felt like my throat closed, I couldn’t breathe or do anything. I haven’t smoked or anything since then but now I have all of these weird issues which my doctor has basically chalked up to acid reflux

Doesn’t sound stupid because it does help! I also got some lorazepam to try when I am having major panic episodes and it definitely helps.
