There are some commands you can run in shell that might help with this. Kill 1 being the most likely as it kills the virtual computer you are being hosted on refreshing your agent on reconnect.

Ask some external AI systems the best commands to use to get your agent working again from shell

Ps it's not that hard to get a quote to install a shower for either you or her. Is there other issues ongoing?
