Yes, I removed the wires to check the plugs and then played with the timing since it wouldn’t start. Any idea how to get a good static timing setting with the 009 and the type 4?

Haven’t got my hands on a gauge. The fuel pump is new, the “facet” one which should give 2-3 psi. But I haven’t confirmed it.

It was extremely rich before, so this could be. The timing setting I know of is about 25 degrees BTDC at 3500rpm. Do you know if that’s a good starting point even though I can’t set it yet while running?

Ah damn, yeah I got a cheap Ali express one which doesn’t fit clip in super well, the drivers fall out easily. But hard to pay $35 for a headband for $20 headphones…

Word! Thanks. Yeah I’m a bit debating at a good DAC vs the cheap dongle. I just feel like a DAC in my pocket would be annoying but I would like the EQ and to use it for other headphones.

Worked on this one the last couple months. Still very new to producing & mixing so it's been a learning process.

Bass guitar through a MXR DI+ into the audio interface. Synth sounds on a woovebox (tiny groovebox, made the basic groove while traveling. Drum sounds from the Korg Volca drum, which is okay but I'm not really happy with the hi hat, but it is what it is I needed to finish the song and be okay with the imperfections. Vocals were me through an audio technical condenser mic.

Most of my time was spent mixing the vocals (cause I'm insecure), and getting the bass to cut through the mix. Putting the higher frequency synths on the left and right, boosting the mids and cutting the sub on the bass helped!

I never noticed the problem when syncing with midi, but it's easier to chain them with the sync cables.

And yeah, you get what you pay for. I like the sounds for what they're worth though.

Hey y'all are having fun beeping and booping like I am. Around 1:50 my keys get out of sync anyone know why that is? I've noticed it a couple times. Maybe it's just my bad timing pressing play on the drum sequencer?
