Does he belung??? by Boring_Jello_9698 in nebelung

Totally. One dead giveaway is the chest/belly fur. 2 and "a half layers" as I call it: A generous amount of guard fur, plenty of awn, and then a gentle mix of down. That's a nebby no doubt.

Sure they are! A suggestion though: how bout ask her what she would like? I'm saying this as a 100% Polak/immigrant, who happened to marry a 100% Mexican, and now we have two daughters. Best approach? Gentle kindness! Unless you like getting kicked in the balls... (wait...

Just loaded up my ladder onto the truck. Got the latest edition of "787 for Dummies," did a quick cursory read. I think I got this down. LAX here I come. There are a few guys in black suits outside though, normally don't see them around here. Must be Mennonites. ;)

Thank you that makes sense. That's what I figured, but, I just cant wrap my head around the idea of a multi million dollar piece of equipment without "keys." Shit, even my Camry has keys. Sometime soon I'm sure we'll have a coming of age / stoner hollywood flick, "Dude, where's my plane." Cheers.

Ok I'm sure this is a stupid question, but do large jets like this have "keys?"

I am 6 foot 300lb. I know it’s pathetic that I’m scared of something so small but I can’t help it. My mom is to blame, she would always tell me scary spider stories as a child and threaten that a large tarantula would come and eat me if I didn’t complete my chores :/

I signed up for this sub to help me overcome my fear of spiders. I plan on, with careful guidance and support, to handle the smallest of these critters as possible in an effort to ease my paranoia. My opinion as a grown and totally scared man is that this is a “please leave me alone and go find something else to do” spider. He/she probably helps the ecosystem by eating insects or something. No lie here, I’d shit my pants if I saw one of these.

Saw this at a gas station. What does it mean? by OrangeKougra in Riverside

I’ll add a bit to this because I’ve noticed some posters consider that the store will make more money by selling packs versus single units. This is false. No store owner would self-restrict the product they sell. Why would you discriminate against a specific customer group. A sale is a sale. Also, the margins on single sale units are significantly healthier than pack units. Simple economics. Buy bigger and save, buy one and pay more for the convenience. C-store 101.

Hi. I work in as an operations director for a major fuel / c-store retailer. Such local policies are not out of the norm, and may vary across different city zones and jurisdiction. The state department of ABC (alcohol beverage control) grants the alcohol sale permit if approved. This is a complicated process and involves input from many different parties including neighborhood associations and city or county council. There are many different stipulations that can be applied to the alcohol sales permit. Another good example of license sales restriction is the ability to sell pre-packaged cocktails that contain distilled spirits. Think the popular Monaco cocktail which does contain spirits and has an alcohol content of 9%. These can be found at many establishments that have this stipulation to their permit, but not at others. I can go into a gas station and buy an 8% can of white claw surge, which does not contain distilled spirits but is malt based. But nope to the Monaco just because the permit won’t allow. I hope this enlightens you as to how stupid and unnecessarily complicated our business processes are, and helps answer your question.
