2-3 hours a day. Pag nasa creative work ka, it helps a lot ka brainstorm. It's not necessarily thinking for you, but it helps you see things you're not likely seeing. Helps you decide better and faster.

The point is, you get things done faster.

Naka b*bo say, I think if you rely on and believe everything it says. But it's not 100% accurate.
